Chamonix is famous for its Haute Savoie cuisine which is a delicious combination of cheese, potatoes & bacon, which makes for a perfect meal after a big day in the mountains. There are many traditional Haute Savoie restaurants to choose from, but for those with more cosmopolitan tastes, there is also the option of Italian, Japanese, Indian, Thai, Chinese...
As for the nightlife, Chamonix will not disappoint. From Monday to Sunday there is a never-ending array of options including a variety of DJs covering all genres of music, live bands, comedy nights, films, national events, sporting events, and even fireworks!
Around 14,000 people live in Chamonix all year round. This number increases up to 100,000 during the Summer and Winter seasons to include tourists, backpackers, tour operators, local families, students, film crews, pro riders, experienced climbers and alpinists. It is this vibrant mix of people that makes the charm of Chamonix irresistible.

詢問問題There are 20 lessons per week 45 minutes each which makes 15 hours in total. Classes take place on a rotating schedule in the mornings and afternoons.
The price of the apartment is for the entire flat, not per person.
1. The distance between the school and the accommodation is never more than about 10 minutes by foot. All out apartments are located in central Chamonix and so is the school.
2. Chambéry is a city further south. It's about 1.5 hours by car from Chambéry to Chamonix. Or do you mean the distance between Chamonix and the ski lifts? There are the Aguille du Midi and the connection to the Brévent slopes right in town. Furthermore there are free shuttle busses that take you to the neighbouring ski areas of Les Houches (20 minutes), Flégere (10 minutes), Grands Montets (20 minutes) and Le Tour (40 minutes).
