ENGLISH CAMP FOR TEENAGERS 11 -18 YEARS OLD

This is a fantastic all-inclusive package for teenagers to learn English and to have fun in the sun too!
Students stay for a minimum two-week period at the campus on a full-board basis. It is a great opportunity for young people to make new friends, develop excellent learning skills and to exchange information about other countries using a common language of communication.
Students attend 20 lessons of 50 minutes of English each week. Lessons are in mixed- nationality groups of maximum 15 students but usually less than 15. After breakfast, students go to class which starts at 9 am in the morning and there are 4 lessons a day till 1pm. There are 2 breaks of 15-20 minutes. The emphasis is on conversational English to develop communication skills even during the breaks.
Teenagers 15+ have also the possibility to book 20 IELTS exam preparation lessons per week instead of General English.
We have also developed and created unforgettable activity program with excursions. Students will have the time of their lives with us! Since the language of the school is English, all our fantastic activities are conducted in English too, so learning goes on both in the classroom and outside with fantastic wide range of unforgettable free activities or performances.

DAY CAMP
For children who do not stay at the student accommodation camp but in other hotels with their parents, we offer the possibility to join one of our summer day camps .This includes English lessons in the morning and for activities in the afternoon. Teenagers can join in some of our evening activities, too. Children receive a hot lunch from Monday to Friday with children from ESSC School at each campus. They may also have the evening meal, for an extra cost. Teenagers can also join our weekend excursions (pack lunch is not provided for this option).

THE ESSC CAMPUS

The ESSC campus is located in the Moniatis Hotel,

which is situated in a beautiful area of Limassol, close to the Yermasoyia Dam and river. It is in a quiet, residential area of Yermasoyia with a wide variety of amenities nearby – local supermarket, bakery, restaurants, coffee shop, pharmacy and mini football fields. It is a family owned and run hotel and the staff are intent on providing the best service that this 3 star accommodation can offer.

ROOMS

The rooms are twin and triple with comfortable extra beds. In the hotel, there are 4 family rooms which have one bedroom, a living room, one bathroom and 2 toilets so they can accommodate up to 4 students. All rooms have air-conditioning and a balcony. The hotel has two floors with access between floors by stairs or lift. Single rooms are available on request for an extra charge.

PUBLIC AREAS

The reception area is staffed 24/7 and there is a snack bar which serves drink and snacks throughout the day. Outside, there is the hotel swimming pool and a small paddling pool for young children. Around the pool there is an area for sun bathing and a large green area for games and relaxing.

MEALS

Students eat their breakfast and evening meal at the hotel. They have a hot lunch at the school from Monday to Friday, after classes and before the start of the afternoon activities. During the excursions, they will be provided with a packed lunch and on Sunday lunch will be served at the hotel.

For breakfast there is a typical English buffet with bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms, baked beans, bread, yogurt, butter, marmalade, halloumi, cheese, ham and turkey as well as other hot and cold food and drinks.

Supper is a buffet service and there is a wide variety of international and local dishes. There are salads, 3 main courses (meat and fish) with 3 accompanying dishes and a sweet dessert or fresh fruits.

Special diets can be catered for by requesting at the time of booking and also by contacting our staff in resort.

The class was of 4 students in total.
Small class, with an extremely good teacher as teacher and pedagogue. A small group works well and the teacher has time and opportunity to pay attention to everyone. We rented the apartment near the school, 10-15 minutes' walk away.
I was satisfied.
I will recommend.

"I had a very nice time in ESSC"

We were only 4 students in the class and this allowed the teacher to devote enough time to each of us. We mostly talked and that was very helpful. The school is outside the center of Limassol in a relatively quiet and peaceful area. I would recommend the school. Eirini was a wonderful teacher and I learned a lot from her.

"Very good private tutoring."

The lessons were intense, progressive and adapted to my needs.
Very good contacts white Claire Baker, in charge of the courses.
I especially progressed in liesteningand understanding.
I have continue because we do not work miracles in 3 weeks.

I regret not having had the opportunity to take a group course.: This would have allowed me other exchanges.
Difficulty to immerse in Limassol because the Russian language is too present.

Thanks to the school it was possible tin the afternoon to do kite surfing for me pleasure.

I reached my 2 challenges : progress in English and begin in kite surfing.

SECURITY AND PUBLIC AREAS

Around the pool there is an area for sunbathing and a large green area for games and relaxing, a tennis and basketball court, ping pong tables and more.

Students eat an international breakfast and international buffet diner at the hotel each day. For lunch, they are provided a lighter hot meal on campus from Monday to Friday. During the excursions, they will be provided with a packed lunch and on Sunday lunch will be served at the hotel.

For breakfast there is a typical English buffet with bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms, baked beans, bread, yogurt, butter, marmalade, halloumi, cheese, ham and turkey as well as other hot and cold food, fruits and juices.

Supper/dinner is a buffet service and there is a wide variety of international and local dishes. There are salads, 3 main courses (meat and fish) with 3 accompanying dishes, and sweet desserts or fresh fruits.
